In my previous post I discussed the positive effects of having a hobby, and today I wanted to devote a post to the importance of sustaining a healthy lifestyle. As difficult as it is to find time for a hobby, you must also make sure that at those times you’re not engaged in your hobby that you are living a healthy and positive lifestyle. With my hectic schedule I have been neglecting my health and after months of neglect I have began to feel its effects. My serotonin level dropped, I’ve …

In many of my previous posts I talked about the importance of money and how to go about achieving your goals as a Boss while ignoring everything negative that surrounds you, but up until now I have neglected the importance of doing things you love with some of your free time and extra cash. Life may seem hectic a lot of times and it becomes very easy to fall off the pedestal when your mind is filled with too many thoughts and responsibilities. There are times when many people can’t …

A fellow reader asked me if I thought it was Boss to smoke cigarettes. I answered the question for him in a quick way but there’s a lot more that goes into the whole thing than just a two second answer. Today I wanted to expand my answer and give my reasoning behind it. Now first let’s start with addiction. Cigarettes are highly addictive, and we all know this. For this reason alone I’d say that cigarettes aren’t Boss to smoke. Essentially, any addiction isn’t Boss. This is going to be a two-part post. Today’s post is entitled “You Can’t Succeed Without Trying” while my next post will be “You Can Never Fail Until You Quit“.
I’d like to start this two-part post by saying that I know people out there that know a lot more than me. Some are my age, others older, and I respect and try to learn from these people, but I can never stand to talk to them about any business idea I have had. Why?

As years passed, I noticed that there’s a big difference between someone who is simply cool and someone who is truly Boss. In fact, as I was growing up, making money illegally by hustling a little here and there would constitute someone as being pretty cool. Not caring for the law, doing some transactions here or jumping a kid for his flashy necklace there would be some fun and “cool” stuff to do. But as I grew, I realized that continuing a life of “coolness” would just lead to a place many of my …

Whenever I’m feeling out of character for one reason or another– basically, when I’m in a shite mood, there’s one of two things I usually do to change that around. One, I either put on Pulp Fiction and watch the parts with Jules and Vincent. Or two, I pop Reservoir Dogs DVD in and watch the scene with Mr. Blonde giving the “Are you gonna bark all day, little doggy, or are you gonna bite?” speech to Mr. White. The reason these two movies really lift my spirit, so to speak, …
