When you look at a successful person, what thoughts come into your mind? Are they: “Damn, I wish I had that”, or are they: “Yeah, if I had the opportunities he had I’d also be on top of the world”, or on the other hand do you find out more about that person, how they reached the heights they did, learn from the mistakes they made over the years, and try to understand the method of their thoughts when they were moving up the ladder of success. A certain quote had …

1. Outgoing is the Way to Go
I have become much more outgoing about everything. I don’t know if it’s the weed or what, but I really am indifferent to a lot of things. I see guys trying to start fights as jokes. They look like they have issues with themselves and try to take it out on people. It’s fun to fight for the sake of fighting, but acting all angry and finding people to fight is just a joke. But besides fighting, I also learnt that it doesn’t matter at …

I was chatting with my mate and he was feeling really depressed for some reason. He wasn’t doing anything to improve his life, he didn’t have anything going for him, he wasn’t organized, structured, or satisfied in any way. If you’d like, leave a comment with the reasons for your choice.

I was reading an interesting book entitled “A Hero of Our Time” by Mikhail Lermontov and the main character was a real douchebag in every sense of the word. The problem was, however, you can never blame him for it. He didn’t have the decency of a human being, instead he was cold, sociopathic, and overall possessing an extremely bloated ego. So that gave me an idea for a post. First, what does it mean to have a bloated ego? Second, is it good or bad to have a bloated ego? …

I know it’s a grim notion to grip, but the fact is you come into this world alone and you leave this world alone. I am currently reading a novel, which I will write a review of on this blog when I finish, and there was a great example illustrated of a father teaching his son not to trust anyone. “A father puts his son on a ledge, fifteen feet from the ground. Kid’s about six. The father then tells the kid to jump. The kid shakes his head, afraid to …

Is there such thing as bad publicity? Some say there is, others say there’s no such thing. I personally believe the latter. If you’re making news for any reason what so ever, you can make money off of it. Stirring up controversy always makes people want to get in on the action and see or hear what everyone is talking about. If you can make peoples’ jaws drop or look at you with utter shock, not believing that you actually did that or said that or even had the mental …
